Your child will have a Key Person who will foster a caring and professional relationship with you and your child. We encourage open and honest dialogues that enable us to work together to ensure that your unique child is happy, secure and well cared for.
Your child will have Significant Others within our team who work alongside your child’s Key Person and ensure that they know you and your child extremely well.
Our Curriculum and Well-Being Manager and Deputy Manager work closely with the team to ensure that routines, training and knowledge reflect current pedagogical and educational best practices. Our whole team have an ‘open door’ policy for you as parents. We encourage you to utilise the whole of our team, so that we can achieve great outcomes for your child together.
